Housing “The Ridge” running across Western New York at the Niagara River and being considered part of the nations breadbasket, Hilton has created an advantageous name for itself. Hilton is highly fertile in friendly neighbors as much as it is with till soil. Originally it was flourished with small fruits, corn soon became its cash crop. Hilton is also well known for its annual Apple Fest, New York State’s largest craft sale.
